A limited number of vendors are selected per category as we continue to grow.

Do you have a canopy or form of shade? *

We do not require but HIGHLY encourage folks to bring a canopy. We have very limited shade, and most is used for customer/shopper seating. Market spots will be 10’x10’ unless otherwise specified. Please email to discuss potential additional space. Weights are not required but highly encouraged. You are responsible for your own tent and its security.

What item will you plan on donating for our raffle, in lieu of a participation fee? *

Rain or Shine

Our market runs rain or shine and we ask our vendors to do the same. We work to accommodate changing weather, but can only avoid it so much in an outdoor market. If the weather proves to be not conducive for any type of market, vendors will be notified of the cancellation. Participants agree to contact the event coordinator 48hrs prior to the event if needing to cancel. If you are a no show, or cancel under 48 hours notice, depending on the circumstance you might not be invited back to vend with us.

Ex: Loud generator, longer than average setup/breakdown time, etc. None of this hurts your application, it only helps us with set up.

We have tables we can offer, but not shade. We highly encourage people to bring some form of shade. Most spots are 10’x10’ unless otherwise specified. If you need more space or if you need a table please email taylor@gardenwerks.com. We tend to have a variety of greenhouse tables and folding tables available.
