OFFICE MANAGER

NURSERY AND GARDEN CENTER
Our unique nursery is proud to offer our community a full line of plants tried and true to the area, eco-friendly gardening products and quality bulk materials. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking person to provide customer service, plant care and campus maintenance. Everyone who works at Gardenwerks is in the business of customer service, and everyone who works in the garden center is a salesperson. While there are plenty of tasks to complete, we are always available to help our customers. Our season in the nursery runs March through October, with our busiest months being April-June, which does require weekend shifts and additional hours during peak season. It’s a fast paced environment that is ideal for someone who can easily bounce around, work hard, and fit in a little fun while at it.
LANDSCAPE CREW
Our people-first staffing approach has created an accomplished, tight-knit group of team members and you could be the newest addition. We enjoy a high degree of visibility and recognition within our community and are known for our attention to quality and detail, our long-term client and customer relationships, our love of plants and a commitment to creating beautiful and sustainable outdoor spaces. We’re looking for landscape crew members to work on mostly residential landscape renovations and new installs. Experience with site preparation, operating machinery, hardscapes and/or rock work, plantings, irrigation, etc. is great but not necessary.
GARDEN MAINTENANCE
Gardenwerks offers landscape and garden maintenance. These services included: pruning, spring and fall garden clean-up, planting and maintaining annual flower containers, weeding, applying organic fertilization and soil amendments, and incorporating integrated pest management.
This division works in conjunction with our landscape and irrigation installation to provide the best overall landscape service for your property. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking gardener to join our team. Our maintenance division provides environmentally friendly services at a variety of properties, including many projects designed and installed by Gardenwerks.
This position requires an eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn. Routine Responsibilities: Maintaining and developing existing gardens: weeding, light pruning, raking, deadheading, mulching, seasonal cleanups, organic fertilization, and integrated pest management. Courteous behavior and interactions with clients at all times including at the shop and at a client’s property.
